April 05 2020 and onward we will not be excepting any items for return or exchange due to Covid-19 Pandemic. This is to safeguard our staff and customers.
Standard Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if any defects are found. Products sold by Tango Electronics Inc. cannot be returned. If customer detect any issues with the product, customer have to notify the seller immediately. Items can only be accepted by seller with RMA number. RMA can be obtained by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges will be accepted at sole discretion of the Tango Electronics Inc. Customer will be liable to any return postage (if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange, Tango Electronics Inc. can provide customer with comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion. Any software items, Gift cards or E-gift cards sold by Tango Electronics Inc. will not be eligible for any return or exchange at all. Tango Electronics Inc. have full right to change its return policy at any time without any notice to anyone.
